Buffalo City TVET College was established in 2002, as a result of the merger of three colleges situated in the Greater East London area i.e. East London College and its St Marks Campus, Border Technical College, and John Knox Bokwe Careers College in Mdantsane.

St Marks situated in Southernwood 700.0m from the East London Campuses. Southernwood encompasses a student-friendly environment and is close to amenities such as malls, sports fields, fitness centres, etc. A majority of Buffalo City TVET College Students reside in Southernwood. The area gives students peace of mind when it comes to transportation as none is required for students attending classes in both East London and St Marks Campuses.

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE TO St Mark’s Campus

Prospective students can apply at the beginning of each trimester to study full-time. Application forms are available
at the College.
All new applications must be accompanied by:

Certified copy of latest school report/statement of results/Grade 12 or N3 Certificate with Mathematics and Science.

Four Certified copies of the ID
One ID-size photo of the learner
Two Certified copies of the ID of the Parent

Admission Requirements TO St Mark’s Campus

A candidate must have an N3 or a Grade 12 (Technical) certificate with a pass in at least three applicable subjects to be admitted to the program.
