Motheo Tvet College Application Date:

Applications at Motheo Tvet College: The online application for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Colleges for 2024 commences on September 1 and closes on November 30. As a result, anyone interested in applying to TVET College Online should do so before the deadline.

Motheo TVET college courses fees

Tuition costs at Motheo TVET College range from R10 000 to R24 000. Course fees are subject to change.

Tuition fees – if the student was registered for a program for one week in trimester/semester programs or two weeks in a year programs, the student will forfeit the required minimum deposit. No refund will be given if the student was enrolled in a program for a time longer than that specified below.

PARTIAL REFUND OF FEES

  • In the event of a student voluntarily terminating his/her studies at the college, he/she may apply in writing to the finance office for a refund or remission of fees, provided that the following shall apply:
  • Registration fee – no refund
  • Late registration fee – no refund
  • Student activity fund contribution – no refund
  • Foreign student fee – no refund
  • Materials fee – no refund
  • Tuition fees: If a student drops out of a program after only one week of enrollment (in trimester/semester programs) or two weeks (in year programs), the student forfeits the required minimum deposit. No refund will be granted if the student was enrolled in a program for a longer time than that specified below.

Admissions requirements

An applicant must have completed Grade 12/N3/NQF Level in order to enroll in Grade 9 or 12 programs or NC (V) LQF Level 2 (Business and General Studies).

An applicant for an Engineering program must have completed Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science, as well as N3 Engineering/NQF Level 4 on the NQF.
An applicant for post-Grade 12 programs must demonstrate that they have passed Grade 12/N3/NQF Level 4 or its equivalent.

The following documents must be supplied during registration.

For students in the country:

-A certified copy of the latest school results
-A certified copy of the Identity Document
-Registration fee
-Proof of residence

For international students

-A certified copy of the latest school qualification
-A valid study permit until the end of the relevant study period
-Foreign student registration fee
