After the Faculty Exams Committees and Senate Executive Committee have finalized results and qualifiers, full results will be available on PeopleSoft self-service on December 17th.

Please keep in mind:

• Confirmation of qualification completion: Please note that confirmation of qualification completion for students who took exams in January/February will be available by the end of April.
• From the end of August forward, May/June will be available.
• From the end of January, October/November will be available.

Admissions requirements

An applicant must have completed Grade 12/N3/NQF Level in order to enroll in Grade 9 or 12 programs or NC (V) LQF Level 2 (Business and General Studies).

An applicant for an Engineering program must have completed Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science, as well as N3 Engineering/NQF Level 4 on the NQF.
An applicant for post-Grade 12 programs must demonstrate that they have passed Grade 12/N3/NQF Level 4 or its equivalent.

During registration, the following documents must be supplied.

For students in the country:

• A certified copy of the latest school results
• A certified copy of the Identity Document
• Registration fee
• Proof of residence

For international students

• A certified copy of the latest school qualification
• A valid study permit until the end of the relevant study period
• Foreign student registration fee

• You can receive application forms from the College’s official website, or you can visit any of the college campuses to submit your application.
• From the portal, you can download and fill out an application form.
• The following documents can help you with your application.
• A certified copy of the most recent qualification/results
• A certified copy of your ID
• If you have a disability or an ongoing medical condition that requires special assistance from the College, please attach a medical statement from a registered doctor.
