INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS: Applications must be submitted on form Z83, obtainable from any Public Service Department, and must be accompanied by certified copies of all qualifications (a transcript of results must also be attached), driver’s license where indicated, identity document, and a complete CV (Separate application for every vacancy.
Applicants are requested to complete the Z83 form in full and the reference number of the post must be indicated.

Qualification certificates must not be copies of certified copies and they must not be older than six months. Candidates who possess foreign qualifications and /or short course certificates must take it upon themselves to have their qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualification Authority(SAQA) and must attach proof of the level of their qualification, after evaluation.

SALARY LEVEL: 5

CENTRE: CENTRAL OFFICE

SALARY: R 173, 703.00 per annum

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• National Senior Certificate or NCV Level 4 plus an appropriate N6 Certificate in Management Assistant
• Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Sound Knowledge and experience in Coltech System and Application Module.
• Knowledge of Policy Framework on Admission and Management of Student Administration in TVET College.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Communication and Interpersonal Relations.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• At least one(1)year of working experience in student enrolment in the TVET Sector

CORE DUTIES:

• Enrolment of Students.
• Processing of Online application.
• Render admin support services in the registration office.
• Attend to student queries/complaints during the application and registration process. Verify student entries and mark them before submission to DHET.
• Interpret Students’ invoices.
• Assist with enrolment verification.
