All prospective students should make sure they have the following documents before applying:

1. Minimum Grade 9 year-end report
2. An NQF Level 1 Qualification
3. All entry applicants must adhere to placement assessment criteria before admission
4. Applicants are required to pay an application fee( The application fee is stated on the application form)
5. Applicant must have an active email account(note, an applicant without email will not be admitted
6. Applicant should make sure he qualifies for a particular course before applying
7. All applicants should be 18 years and above and must provide a valid ID to prove
8. Applicants should provide original or copied certified results or qualification
9. The certified ID of parents or Guardians
10. Medical proof of your condition
11. Complete and sign the disability form
12. foreign applicant should submit their passport ID
13. SAQA approve
14. Studying permit
15. Proof of insurance or medical

Late Application Process At Orbit Tvet College College

1. To obtain an application form, go to the college’s website at https://www.orbitcollege.co.za. (Alternatively, you can pick up an application form on the school’s campus).
2. Indicate or provide proof of payment of the application fee.
3. Provide all necessary documentation, such as a valid identification card, certified results, or a certificate.
4. Where relevant, provide identification of parents and/or guardians, as well as a death certificate.
5. Provide a copy of the municipal billing document as well as any additional account statements (not older than 3 months)
6. Where applicable, international students must present their passport ID.
