Ekurhuleni East Tvet College is one of the registered Tvet Colleges that operates under the auspices of the Department of Higher Education and Training.  Ekurhuleni East TVET College (EEC) is spread across five towns in the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. These campuses include Springs, Kwa-Thema, Daveyton, Benoni and Brakpan. The 5 campuses offer mainly NCV and Report 191 programmes while the sixth one is a Centre of Specialisation. The campuses offering NCV and Report 191 programmes are the Benoni Campus, Brakpan Campus, Daveyton Campus, Kwa-Thema Campus as well and Springs Campus. The spring campus is the only campus from EEC which offers a diverse variety of programs in Business Studies and the Creative and Social Sciences I.e. Tourism and Hospitality as well as ICT. Financial Management, Hospitality, Tourism and Marketing are all offered in Report 191 and NCV qualifications. ICT is offered only in the NCV qualification.

Applications are currently open at the Spring campus of Ekurhuleni East Tvet College accepting applications form from far and near for the academic year 2024/2025. Applicants are to visit the official website of the college to download the application forms, fill them out by providing authentic required information and documents and submit them before the application deadline for the academic year.

• The Springs Campus of EEC will be opening its online application window in September for some programs and the deadline for all course applications will be in November 2024

For students in the country:

• A certified copy of the latest school results
• A certified copy of the Identity Document
• Registration fee
• Proof of residence

For international students

• A certified copy of the latest school qualification
• A valid study permit until the end of the relevant study period
• Foreign student registration fee

The following are the steps to guide you in applying for admission at the Spring Campus of EEC:

• Go to www.eec.edu.za/spring campus for further information.
• Select student portal login/application’ from the drop-down menu.
• Select ‘interested in studying here’ from the drop-down menu.
• Follow the instructions.
• You must also send an applicant’s ID copy/certificate, results, proof of address, and a parent/guardian ID copy.
