How To Upload SWGC Documents Step-by-Step

Follow these steps to upload your documents on the SWGC application portal:

Step 1:

Choose your preferred course of study.
Application forms are available at all College Sites/Campuses, as well as on the College Website.

Step 2: Application Forms

Hard-copy application forms must be filled out using a black pen and printed clearly.
Your application form must be signed.
Forms that have not been signed will not be processed.

NOTE:

The application form is not a registration form; nevertheless, successful applicants will be sent with registration forms.
Delays in processing will occur if your application is incomplete.
