Documents To Be Uploaded By Swgc Students

The following are some of the required documents to be uploaded by students of SWGC:

  • Completed Application forms must be accompanied by the following documents:
  • Certified copy of the latest results/qualification
  • Certified copy of Identity document
  • Attached medical statement from a registered doctor if you have any disability or ongoing medical condition that will require you to seek special assistance from the College,

How To Upload SWGC Documents Step-by-Step

Follow these steps to upload your documents on the SWGC application portal:

  • Visit the official SWGC website.
  • Log in using your credentials. If you don’t have an account yet, register by following the on-screen instructions.
  • Navigate to the “Documents Upload” section. This could be found under your profile or as a separate tab on the main menu, depending on the current interface.
  • Click on “Add New Document” or a similar prompt. This will open a dialogue box where you can select the document from your device.
  • Browse through your files and select the document you want to upload. Ensure that your document is in the accepted file format (e.g., PDF, JPG, DOCX).
  • After choosing the file, click on “Upload” or “Submit” to finalize the process.

Application Process Details

The following steps give the details on how to fill out the application forms of SWGC :

Step 1:

  • Choose your preferred course of study.
  • Application forms are available at all College Sites/Campuses, as well as on the College Website.

Step 2: Application Forms

  • Hard-copy application forms must be filled out using a black pen and printed clearly.
  • Your application form must be signed.
  • Forms that have not been signed will not be processed.

NOTE:

  • The application form is not a registration form; nevertheless, successful applicants will be sent with registration forms.
  • Delays in processing will occur if your application is incomplete.

Step 3:  Supporting documentation

All applications must be backed by supporting documents, according to the College. Along with the completed application forms, the following papers must be carried along:

  • A certified copy of the most recent qualification/results
  • Identity document certified copy
  • If you have a handicap or ongoing medical condition that requires you to request special help from the College, please include a medical statement from a registered doctor.
