The following is the official South West Gauteng TVET College undergraduate, diploma, and certificate fees schedule for the academic session, which must be paid by new and returning students, accordingly. All students who officially register for programs at the South West Gauteng TVET College are subject to the following policies and procedures as well.

  1. Visit SWGC’s official website at http://www.swgc.co.za/.
  2. To pay your SWGC fees, go to the SWGC Fees Portal
  3. Then, under the website’s menu, select Fees.
  4. Fees can be found on the SWGC website or in the Fees Booklet

Online Application Process to SWGC

When filling out your application forms, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. You can receive application forms from the College’s official website, or you can visit any of the college campuses to submit your application.
  2. From the portal, you can download and fill out an application form.
  3. The following documents can help you with your application.
  4. A certified copy of the most recent qualification/results
  5. A certified copy of your ID
  6. If you have a disability or an ongoing medical condition that requires special assistance from the College, please attach a medical statement from a registered doctor.

Note: Hard-copy application forms must be filled out using a black pen and printed clearly. Your application form must be signed. Forms that have not been signed will not be processed.
