Prior to applying to the college, the following documents are required:

• 3 certified copies of the ID of the Learner
• 3 certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
• One ID-size photo
• Copy Certified of latest school report/Grade 9 or Higher

How To Apply Online At Qhayiya Tvet College

The following documents will be requested of all students.

• A certificate of good conduct from their prior place of learning or employment,
• A certified copy of their most recent school report must be given at the time of application.
• 8 verified copies of identification (where a student is 16 years or older)The original must be submitted at the time of application.

Competency Tests – NCV
The purpose of the competency test is to ensure that the student is placed in a program best suited to his/her ability. A competency test must be completed by the student to determine his/her proficiency in English as it is the medium of instruction in the College. Competency tests are prescribed by the National Department of Education and Training as a requirement for admission and it is imperative that these be conducted in the best interests of students and the College.
