UMfolozi TVET College is one of only 50 public Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Colleges in South Africa. It is one of nine in the province of KwaZulu-Natal. Chief Albert Luthuli, Eshowe, Esikhawini, Mandeni, Richtek, Sundumbili/Isithebe, Bambanana, and Nkandla are the College’s eight primary campuses. Jininindomnyama, Nseleni, Thubelihle, Alton, Maphumulo, and the ZCBF Community Park are among the six skills centres.

The National Certificate (Vocational) and N4-N6 Diploma programs are among the several national business and engineering programs offered by the College. The College also meets the need for skills training at the grassroots level, thanks to a diverse range of skills programs. UMfolozi College is also very involved in learnership and cooperative programs.
