Maluti Tvet College Registration 2024   How do I register at TVET College?

The start of registration at Maluti Tvet College for the upcoming academic year has been eagerly anticipated. We are here to help you through the registration process whether you’re a prospective student wanting to pursue technical and vocational education and training or an enrolled student looking to advance your studies.

From September to November 2024 Maluti TVET College will be accepting online applications for the year 2024. As a result, Maluti TVET College encourages interested students to apply as soon as possible for the 2024 academic year via an online application form (Hard-Copy). Maluti Tvet College Registration Deadline Extended

Applications sent after the deadline will not be considered! Between the open date and the closure date, all interested students must apply online to Maluti TVET College.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Cancellation of registration must be done in writing, within one week of commencement of classes. Failing to do this, learners will be held liable for the full cost of tuition fees.

CLASS FEES

Class fees are subject to change and are obtainable on request from campuses & Central Office.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be considered in the following instances:

Death of a learner (Full Payment)

Transfer to another educational institution (confirmed by the institution) in writing

Subject/program no longer offered

Subject clashes due to the changes in the timetable

Maluti TVET College operates a cashless system. All cash and cheque payments are to be deposited into the bank.

PLEASE STRICTLY NO CASH SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ANY STAFF MEMBER OF THE COLLEGE OR ANY OTHER PERSON UPON REGISTRATION.

EXAMINATIONS

Only learners who have registered for full-time and part-time programs and who have complied with the admission requirements will be allowed to register for the examinations.

N4 – N6 Second Semester  – September

Engineering Studies

N1 – N6 First Trimester          – January

Second Trimester    – April / May

Third Trimester       – August / September

Utility Studies

N4 – N6 First Semester          – January

N4 – N6 Second Semester    – September

Documents you need to require at Maluti TVET College:

• A year-end school report for Grade 9 or Higher
• NQF Level 1 Qualification (STD 7/Form 2/ABET 4)
• Preference will be given to Grade 11 & 12 learners
• The placement test is compulsory to enable the College to refer a learner to a suitable program
• Grade 9 or higher with pass% in English as follows:
• Grade 9 – 60% (AL4)
• Grade 10 – 50 (AL3)
• Grade 11 – 45 % (AL2)
• Grade 12 – 40% (AL2)
