TVET College Registration 2023/2024

The Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Colleges Online Registration has been opened for the 2023-2024 academic year and all students are invited to register. The online registration portal for 2023 is open for all prospective and registered students.

All present and potential students planning to enroll in courses at Any TVET College should read the following information. Students should be aware that registration will be largely open from 08h00 to 15h00 daily, and that all registrations will take place on the school’s campus.

Some colleges, on the other hand, have an efficient online registration system that allows students to register online through the school’s official website. If their institutions do not allow online registration, students must appear as early as possible on the school campus.

2023 Online Registration Process For Returning Students

Returning students must make it a point and collect their examination results at their campuses in the month of January. ( Most of the TVET Colleges Calendar starts in January)
All those who qualifies will undergo NSFAS application process.
All students who meet the progression requirements will be allowed to register in their specific levels.

TVET Registration Fee for 20223

PLEASE NOTE: TVET Colleges registration fees are not refundable if you decide not to study at any of the institution or do not qualify for any of the Colleges admission requirement for your chosen qualification.

TVET Colleges is a cashless institution. Therefore, all cash and check payments must be paid into the college’s designated bank account.

CANCELLATION OF COLLEGE REGISTRATION

If you want to cancel your registration, it must be done in writing within one week of your beginning of classes. In case you fail to do this, learners will be held liable for the full cost of tuition fees.

CLASS FEES: Any of the colleges reserves the right to change class fees and are obtainable on request from campuses & Central Office.

REFUNDS: Refunds will only be considered base on the following:

Death of a learner (Full Payment)
Transfer to another educational institution (confirmed by institution) in writing
Subject/programme no longer offered
Subject clashes due to the changes in the time-table

WARNING: UPON REGISTRATION, NO CASH SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ANY COLLEGE STAFF MEMBER OR ANY OTHER PERSON.

The National Accreditation Board (UMALUSI) accredits TVET colleges. Students must register at their respective TVET College in South Africa. The following documents must be presented during registration:

First Time Applications: 1st Time Students

What you need for the placement tests (only NCV L2 students)

A certified copy or original of your ID document
The original or a certified copy of your latest school report / qualification.
R100 application fee.
You must complete the placement assessment.

Students not qualifying for a bursary must deposit 25% of their fees on registration.
Students not qualifying for a bursary must complete and sign a student fee contract (person responsible for payment of the tuition fees).
Students qualifying for a bursary must have a provisional bursary acceptance letter Placement letter.
