Specialized Public Management courses are offered by Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions, equipping students with the abilities and information required to succeed in the public sector.

This National Certificate Programme is delivered under the auspices of the Department of Higher Education and Training and quality assured by Umalusi. The Programme consists of 18 months of theoretical studies at the College and 18 months of relevant practical training (Internship training) in the workplace.
