It’s important to know that if you choose to take a vocational path like Engineering Studies, Business Studies, or Utility Studies, you don’t need to finish Grade 12 because institutions provide three-year vocational diplomas. You only need to have completed Grade 9 to enroll in this qualification, however, it is best suited to pupils who have completed Grade 11 or even Grade 12.

The steps provided below will help you when filling out the application forms:

Step 1:

  • Select your preferred program of study
  • Application forms can be obtained at any of the College Sites/Campuses and, or on the College Website

Step 2: Application Forms 2024

  1. Hard-copy application forms must be completed using a black pen, with clear printing.
  2. You must sign your application form. Application forms that are not signed will not be processed.

  4.  NOTE: Please note that the application form is not a registration form, the registration forms will be made available to successful applicants.
  5. An incomplete application will result in delays in processing.

Step 3: Supporting documentation

The College requires all applications to be accompanied by supporting documents.  The following documents must be sent with the completed application forms:

  1. a certified copy of the most recent qualification/results
  2. Identity document certified copy
  3. If you have a handicap or ongoing medical condition that requires you to request special help from the College, please include a medical statement from a registered doctor.

Step 4: Application fee

  1. There is no application fee required.
