The Department of Education’s TVET College Bursary Programme helps students who want to enroll in National Certificate Vocational (NCV) programs at TVET Colleges but are unable to pay for their education. Based on the Means test that the college administers, students may apply.

Admission Requirements for the Port Elizabeth TVET College:

The following documents will be requested of all students.

A certificate of good conduct from their former educational institutions or workplace
On application, a certified copy of the most recent school report must be supplied.
Students with Grade 12
Original and 8 certified copies of identification (if a student is 16 years or older) must be supplied at the time of application.
