SWGC Online Registration Date
The management of South West Gauteng College has now extended an invitation to its students who successfully completed the online application procedure for the academic year 2024–2025 to complete their online registration.
Participants must begin their online registration for 2024–2025 at SWGC between January 6 and January 17, 2024. It is suggested to register as soon as possible because registrations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Online Registration Process
When filling out your registration forms, follow the steps outlined below.
- Certified copy of the latest results/qualification
- Certified copy of Identity document
- A unique email address
- Attached medical statement from a registered doctor if you have any disability or ongoing medical condition that will require you to seek special assistance from the College,
- Registration forms can be obtained on the College’s official Website, also you can visit any of the college campuses for your application
- Download and fill out the registration form from the portal
Note: Filling out hard-copy registration forms with a black pen and printing them clearly is required. You must sign your registration form. We will not handle any forms that have not been signed.
