Why Is Yale Ranked So Low?

Yale Institution is a New Haven, Connecticut-based private Ivy League research university. It is the third-oldest institution of higher education in the United States, and one of the most prominent in the world, having been founded in 1701 as the Collegiate School.

The poor ranks, according to the administrators questioned, are due to Yale’s modest size in relation to the other academic schools on the list, rather than proof of a failure to reach out globally.

Harvard, for example, is considered the nation’s top college overall in the Wall Street Journal rankings, making it the highest-ranked Ivy League school. Yale, on the other hand, is ranked fourth in the country and second among Ivy League colleges.
