TVET Colleges Open For 2024 Application

Welcome to the TVET online application website. Here, we have detailed and clarified the application process for each of the TVET Colleges listed below. To apply to any of the Tvet colleges in South Africa, applicants are to start their application process from April to November 2024 for the 2024-2025 academic year.

The Institutions reserve the right to change these dates. Confirmation should be sought from the appropriate institution for the dates as these may have changed from the time of publication of this article.

Tvet College Application Dates for 2024

The online application season for veterinary colleges in South Africa usually begins on April 1st and closes on November 30th. Meanwhile, Tvet Colleges’ enrollment dates may vary depending on which institution you apply to, which course you apply to, and which semester you enrol in. Who is eligible to enrol in a TVET College?

Students who have completed Grades 9, 10, 11, or 12 in high school are admitted to TVET Colleges, which are part of the Higher Education system. Post-graduates from universities can also enrol in TVET College courses to obtain further practical experience.

One of the advantages of attending a TVET college is that there is a strong focus on student employability, with part of the curriculum requiring students to do experiential training (internships and apprenticeships), which can help you build experience for your CV

Document needed to apply to Tvet Colleges

3 certified copies of ID/Passport/Birth Certificate
3 certified copies of the ID of the Parent/Legal Guardian
1 ID-size photo
Copy Certified of latest school report/Grade 9 or Higher
A unique Email address and cellphone number

Tvet College Online Application Procedure 2024

Choose the course you want to take; the college offers career counselling.
You can apply online or by filling out an application form that is available at all campuses and the administrative centre.
Send the application to the campus of the college you want to attend along with a certified copy of your ID, your most recent school records, a copy of the ID of your parent or guardian, and payment documentation.
You can upload your documents electronically if you’re applying online.
Before applying, foreign applicants must verify their credentials with SAQA; if this is not done, no foreign students will be admitted.
Following the submission of your application, the institution will let you know if you have been accepted and will demand that you take a placement test before you are expected to attend classes.
